From the school of Fine Arts and the School of the garment, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac has only 21 when he presented his first collection in 1970. Two years later, he opened his first shop, but it was not until 1978 that the company bearing his name was officially born. For this man, a true artist who diverges from classic materials, childhood has always been a source of great inspiration. Between vibrant colors, innocence and playfulness, his signature clothes are easily identifiable. It is also the origin of clothing 'artwork', illustrated by her dresses by artist friends. Soon the film and theater call on him. He dresses as generics of television and the visual sign of many events. Parallel to this world of high fashion, he began designs for the home, accessories and fragrances.
